Thank you for your interest in helping Chuck Cross' campaign for City Council.

We are able to accept donations from individuals (up to the maximum of $100) and couples (maximum of $200, both signatures on check).

Print out this form and fill in all required information and send to Chuck's campaign at:

Checks should be made out to "Cross for City Council." All checks must be accompanied by the form linked above.

Volunteer:

You may help out in a number of ways--from making calls, distributing signs or campaign literature to having a sign in your yard. You may also want to arrange to have Chuck speak to your group.

Please contact the campaign to arrange to volunteer to help elect Chuck to the Poway City Council.
